The roof on our Florida Villa was damaged by the most recent hurricane and we are currently residing in New York. Our son referred us to Roofmasters because we needed to get our roof repaired and we had no idea how to do that from a distance. We were working Klein Claim Service who put in the claim with our insurance company. He was in communication with Drew Newell at Roofmasters to get a quote for the insurance claim. Our claim went through and we were able to contract with Roofmasters to replace our entire roof. Drew helped us get approval from our HOA and he got all the required permits. There were no issues and all we had to do was give them some information and sign the contract. They started on Monday, the roof tear-off and dry-in process was complete and the inspection passed by Wednesday. The roof was completely finished on Thursday. The final inspection passed the following Monday. Roofmasters does quality work within the time and budget they quoted us. Drew Newell is a true professional, great communicator and a really nice guy. We would highly recommend Roofmasters for your roofing needs.

Drew Newell, owner of Roofmaster just completed my roof and did a Great Job! The communication before and during the job was the best I have ever experienced! He was prompt to apply for the permit and kept me updated every step of the way. If I asked a question, Drew got back to me promptly. They placed the peel and stick underlayment and 30 year architectural shingles, replaced some facia and did an excellent job in a timely (expedient) manner. Competitive pricing and a good value especially with the excellent communication. I highly recommend Roofmaster!
I couldn’t be happier with the job done by Drew and his crew. As a contractor myself, I’m pretty picky with the contractors I work with. After getting the run around from 2 other roofers for months, I finally got linked up with Drew at Roofmasters. He quoted me a better price than the other contractors with the same materials. He was pulling permits and getting me scheduled same day as signing the contract. From contract signing to final inspection was less than a month, with great communication through the entire process. The work done looks great- crew did fantastic with cleanup as well- gutters are clean, no nails or debris in the yard, etc.
My only complaint is I didn’t get in touch with him sooner. The process couldn’t have been easier. Happy to find a competent and communicative contractor.

He was very thorough in the estimate process, Drew arrived with shingle samples in hand to have a perfect match. He had a ballpark figure at the end of the estimate visit. As any homeowner knows, it's hard to sometimes find reliable companies to come and do work for you. When Roofmasters replaced my neighbor's roof, I observed and was impressed. They were quick, clean, and best of all, affordable. I kept their number and am glad I did. Unfortunately, my roof sustained damage from Hurricane Ian. I contacted Roofmasters and requested an estimate. Drew reviewed the estimate with me and answered all of my questions. I felt at ease hiring them to replace my roof. My house looks gorgeous and I am very happy with the end result.
April 5,2023 At 10:55pm I texted Drew at Roof masters when I saw neighbors highly recommended RoofMasters of Lehigh Acres. Drew came out the next morning and found issues and gave me an estimate. I had loose tiles in a corner that weren’t even ours! He checked my entire roof for integrity and found several areas with cracked corners and cracks that all could be repaired. He texted photos and recommended the repairs and proceeded to fix everything for a reasonable price. Fast Efficient Great communication and easy to work with. We are a thousand miles away & Drew took care of everything over the phone/texting. 5 ⭐️
