Over the past 7 years, the company has more than tripled in size while maintaining the family-owned values, personal service, and trusted reputation that have defined us for generations.

1985

A Legacy Begins

Frank Dennis Newell obtained his roofing license in 1985, after already working in the trade for years. His license remained active for over 40 years, establishing the foundation for a family legacy built on hard work, quality, and integrity.

1998

Company Founded

Roofmaster of South Florida INC. was officially founded by Frank Newell, with a focus on serving homeowners and property professionals throughout Lehigh Acres, Florida and surrounding communities.

2007

Second Generation Leadership

Peter Newell obtained his roofing license and continued expanding the company while upholding the same standards and reputation established by his father.

2019

Third Generation Enters the Field

Drew Newell began working hands-on in the field, learning repairs, replacements, and daily operations directly under his grandfather’s mentorship.

2024

Third Generation Ownership

Drew obtained his roofing license and stepped into ownership, continuing the family tradition alongside his wife, Analisa Newell, who manages administrative operations, permitting, and marketing to support the company’s growth.

Built on Loyalty and Long-Term Team Members

Foreman Enrique Melchor has been a key leader of roofmaster for over 15 years (he began his roofing career in 1990). He oversees daily field operations and helps us maintain the high standards Roofmaster is known for.
